PSF90 CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
- Either power cables and signal wires must be inserted thru Rear Cover (8) and “Terminal Wire Ring” (7)
- Strip cables and wires-crimp either Power Contact (5) and Signal Contacts (12-6)
- Insert Power Contacts according positive and negative polarity indicated on Connector Housing Male (2) or Female (9)
- Insert Male Signal Contacts into Holder (11) positioned into Female Housing (9) and female Signal Contacts into Holder (1) positioned into Male Housing (2) then push Terminal Wire Ring (7) and lock Rear Cover (8)
PSF90 CONNECTOR DISASSEMBLY
- Either Rear Cover (8) and “Terminal Wire Ring” (7) must be pulled back along cables and wires
- To remove Power Contacts simply with a small screw driver pushing down retaining springs and pull cables
- To remove Signal Contacts it is necessary to extract Holders (1 or 11) from housing male or female using special
tools (see “Tooling” section). To insert tool from front for female housing and rear for male one then to pull signal
wires or using a little pincer. In case of “Repair” it is necessary to replace Holder and contacts
