Job Description
Job Purpose
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing existing customer relationships within the cable assembly and electronics manufacturing sector. The role focuses on promoting the company’s cable assembly solutions, increasing revenue, and expanding market presence across target industries.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industries such as Defence, Aerospace, Rail, telecommunications, automotive and medical devices equipment.
- Promote the company’s cable assembly manufacturing capabilities and value-added services.
- Prepare and present product information to prospective clients.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with engineering and production teams to deliver suitable solutions.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Development
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and customer visits to promote company offerings.
Sales Administration
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer communications, and pipeline opportunities using CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer inquiries.
